The Court approved the settlement of this case on November 22, 2005.  EEOC subsequently published notice of the settlement via this website and through radio and newspaper advertisements.  The deadline for the submission of Claim forms was April 1, 2006.  EEOC is currently reviewing all claim forms that were submitted and expects to issue letters concerning eligibility for monetary awards by the Fall of 2006.  The first distribution from the claims fund is expected to occur in approximately November 2007.
