
On November 22, 2005, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission ("EEOC") settled an employment discrimination lawsuit against SPS Temporaries ("SPS"), a temporary
employment agency with offices in Buffalo, Cheektowaga, Tonawanda,
Niagara Falls and West Seneca. The settlement includes a claims
fund for individuals who may have been discriminated against by SPS
based on their race, national origin, sex, pregnancy, age and/or disability. If
you applied for temporary employment with SPS between January 1, 1999
and November 22, 2005 and you are either Black, Hispanic, female, 40
or older, or had an actual or perceived disability, or a record of
having a disability, or were pregnant, when you applied, you may be
